Established in 2016, Yash Harsh & Associates began as a specialized audit practice in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Over the last 10+ years, we have evolved into a comprehensive financial consultancy, bridging the gap between traditional Indian values of integrity and modern global accounting standards.

A Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience, Harsh spearheads the firm’s international division, dedicated to providing scalable back-office solutions for US CPA firms. Drawing on his corporate background at Hindalco Industries Ltd., he brings a rigorous, process-driven approach to global accounting operations.
Harsh is focused on bridging the gap between Indian technical talent and US regulatory needs. He is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has a certification in ICAI’s specialized post-qualification course on Overseas Outsourcing Services (US Market). To ensure the highest levels of data security and financial integrity for international clients, he also holds certifications in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection and DISA (Information Systems Audit).

CA. Yash Jain serves as the technical backbone of the firm’s domestic practice, bringing over 8 years of expertise in Audit, Assurance, and Taxation. With a specialized background as an Associate Consultant at Infosys, he applies a systems-driven approach to revenue assurance and financial forecasting.
Yash leads the firm’s high-compliance engagements, holding advanced certifications in the Concurrent Audit of Banks and Public Finance & Government Accounting. A DISA-qualified professional, he is currently advancing the firm's reporting capabilities by pursuing expertise in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), ensuring clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes with precision.
